The Address titled, "The Struggle of a Great Community", focused on where the County has been, where we are and where we are going as a "Great Community...a great community that sees strength in it's struggles; because it is that ongoing struggle that assures us a successful future steeped in potential, hope and possibility." CEO Ellis, recognized "my partners in public service, the Dekalb County Board of Commissioners," and thanked them for their service to the citizens of DeKalb.
